Low Fat Banana Cake

FROM THE KITCHEN OF JaLeen DEARDURFF

1 1/4 CUPS SUGAR
4 TBS. SOUR CREAM*
1/2 CUP MARGARINE
1 CUP MASHED BANANA
2 EGGS
1 1/2 CUPS FLOUR
1 TSP. BAKING SODA
1 TSP. VANILLA
1/2 TSP SALT

CREAM MARGARINE AND SUGAR,
ADD EGGS, BAKING SODA, SALT AND SOUR CREAM.
BEAT WELL.
ADD BANANAS AND VANILLA.
MIX WELL.
ADD FLOUR AND BEAT UNTIL SMOOTH.

SPREAD IN GREASED AND FLOURED 9 X 13 INCH PAN.

BAKE AT 350 FOR 35 - 45 MINUTES

FROST WITH CREAM CHEESE FROSTING.

*YOU CAN SUBSTITUTE SOUR CREAM WITH LOW FAT MAYONNAISE OR APPLESAUCE*
