Ritz Crackers 16 oz.
bag of real chocolate chips
Peanut Butter
1 tablespoon shortening
Make sandwiches
by spreading peanut butter on a cracker and putting another cracker on top.
Melt chocolate chips with shortening
and stir.
Dip cracker sandwiches in chocolate and place on waxed paper until cooled and set.
I've also
used the mini Ritz crackers with the peanut butter already on them
