and eat. better to me if they set in ref. over night Then have you ever pickled EGGS ? Boil a dozen of eggs, cool
and peel them and put 6 in the bottom of a canning jars, pour beet juice over them and put beets on top so that they will
stay in the mixture. Your eggs will be nice and red and good.
