Peel and slice potatoes (I like to wash the potatoes and use the skins)

Have the frying pan there and slice into the pan with BUTTER in pan

Chop the next veggies into the frying pan

Raw Carrots

Raw Onions opt.

Raw Broccoli

Canned Green Beans

Garlic Powder

Seasoning Salt

Pepper to taste

Put about 3/4 cup water to stem

WHEN POTATOES ARE GETTING TENDER ADD

Cut up Smoked Sausage

Emerils Creole Seasoning sprinkle some of this on also just tops it off found on this site

The amounts will depend on what you want to make.
