Fruit Salad Dressing

Boil until thick:
1 egg
1/2 c. sugar
Rind and juice of 1 lemon

Pour this over 16 cut up marshmallows when removed from the stove.

Let cool.

When ready to serve, mix with 1 cup whipped cream.

Serves 14 to 16.

This is good on fresh fruit salad.
