POUR 2 OR SO CUPS OF FLOUR IN FOOD PROCESSOR ADD MAYBE 1 TEASPOON SALT; IN PALM OF HAND ADD 4 EGG YOLKS;
USING YOUR FINGERS TO LIFE OUT THE YOLKS; GIVE THE WHITES TO THE CATS BLEND WELL; CRUMBLEY WHILE
IT IS STILL RUNNING START PUTTING THE COLD WATER IN THE PROCESSOR (SLOWLY) UNTIL DOUGH FORMS A BALL REMOVE
LET STAND 20 TO 30 MINUTES COVERED THEN STILL BE LAZY AND USE THE PASTA MACHINE TO ROLL OUT THE DOUGH UNTIL DOWN
TO AT LEAST NUMBER 5 OR 6 ON THE MACHINE. THEN PUT THRU THE NOODLE CUTTER ON THE LARGE CUT. HANG THE NOODLES
IF YOU ARE NOT GOING TO USE RIGHT AWAY AND FREEZE THEM UNTIL YOU ARE READY TO USE. ALSO MAKE THE LASAGNA NOODLES
IN SAME MANNER BUT DO NOT CUT.
