Fannie Mae Coconut-Pecan Balls

From the Kitchen of Brad Hettinger

Caramel Filling:

1 can sweetened condensed milk
1 stick butter
2 1/2 cups brown sugar
1 tsp. Vanilla
1 cup Sugar

Cook until hard ball forms and pour into a cookie sheet.

When cooled add 2 cups coconut
1 1/2 cups chopped pecans and roll into balls.

Dip into white or dark Chocolate
