3 POUND ROAST
1 TEASPOON SALT
1 TEASPOON GARLIC SALT
1 TEASPOON PEPPER
1 TEASPOON OREGANO
2 CUPS WATER
1 TEASPOON SWEET BASIL
1 TEASPOON PARSLEY
1 TEASPOON GARLIC POWDER
2 BAY LEAVES

MIX SPICES AND WATER AND POUR OVER ROAST.

BAKE AT 350 COVERED FOR 2 1/2 TO 3 HOURS.

REMOVE MEAT AND COOL COMPLETELY.
SLICE VERY THIN AND RETURN TO JUICES

REHEAT IN JUICES TO SERVE ON ANYTHING

SAUT SLICED GREEN PEPPER RING'S IN BUTTER AND PUT ON SANDWICHES
