3 Medium Cucumbers 1/4 pt. Sour Cream 1/4 tsp. Pepper 2 tsp. Sugar 1 small Onion, Chopped 2 tsp.
Vinegar Dried parsley may be added for color Peel cucumbers, slice thin, put in salt water (just enough to
taste). Refrigerate several hours. Pour off all liquids. Add all other ingredients. Stir
well. Chill several hours.
