ADD 1 TEASPSOON OF GREATED LEMON RINE
BEAT WELL WITH BEATERS

WHEN MIXTURE IS PARTIONLLY SET
BEAT UNTIL SMOOTH CAREFULLY FOLD IN MERINGUE

MERINGUE::::

BEAT 3 LARGE EGG WHITE
1/4 TSP CREAM OF TARTAR UNTIL FROTHY

GRADUALLY BEAT IN 6 TABLESPOON SUGAR

CONTINURE BEATING UNTIL STIFF

FOLD IN THE HOT MIXTURE SLOWLY

WHEN DONE

PUT INTO A BAKED COLD CRUST.

WILL MOUND UP IN THE PIE SHELL
