Texas Chili Mac (NEW)

I made this for dinner, come hungery and leave stuffed. I try to make the chili the day before as chili always taste better the next day!!!!!

Ingredients:

Buy 2 loafs of Texas bread to butter and fry on both sides. After frying to put on a plate cut from corner to corner.
First make your big pot of chili.
I put in my chili
2 lbs of ground beef
I sprinkle with chili powder while cooking.
Drain the grease off if any
Put back in a large pot
3 small cans of chili beans (1 large, 1 Small Can)
3 small cans of diced tomatoes
1 large can tomatoe juice
Salt to taste
shredded cheese that you like

Procedure:

Now after doing the above.

I take a nice size ball of ground beef and pat it out to a pretty thin burger, this buger will take up a ¼ of a large skellet. Fry until done to your liking.

Home made french fries.

Now to assemble and serve.

With a oblong plate put your hamburger in middle of plate.

Top with a big scoop of chili. With the good juice of the chili also

Top with shredded cheese.
 
Put toast on each side of your plate. Or (you can also put 1 slice under the hamburger with the chili on top, Top with more chili, another slice of toast, More chili if you want, toped with a lot of cheese. Then go from their)

Put a large serving of fries on one side.

Enjoy

Yes, this takes a bit of time maybe an hour total but is well worth it.

Make the hamburger that you need I made 8 maybe 1/4 lb each
